By accessing and/or using the Site, you as a User acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions that describe and regulate the use of the services offered by HSEG; therefore, you agree to abide by them and comply with all applicable laws and regulations that are part of the legislation of the State of Texas and federal laws of the United States of America. 12. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership of the product is transferred to the User upon delivery by HSEG.
b. Payment Conditions: Payment for products will be accepted only through authorized methods at the site’s checkout.
14. SOURCE OF FUNDS

b. Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent judges of the city of Flower Mound, Denton County, State of Texas, United States of America. Both HSEG and the User expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domicile.
19. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS
To exercise their rights, HSEG has established communication channels, including email (info@highendsipgroup.com) and phone (469-756-5222), available from 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. When contacting HESG via email, users are required to provide their full name, address, and phone number.
20. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
a. Product Inspection and Returns: Upon receiving the purchased products, Users must verify if they correspond to the selected and ordered items. If discrepancies are found, Users may request payment reversal or return and exchange of the product. Such requests must be communicated to HSEG by email to the address info@highendsipgroup.com within five (5) business days following the delivery date. Once this communication is received, HSEG will have a period of five (5) to seven (7) which may extend to fifteen (15) business days or the days, depending on the shipment to the city, to deliver the missing products to the User or to replace the product, as the case may be, on the understanding that, in the latter of the mentioned events, the User must deliver to HSEG the product on which the inconvenience arose. HSEG will bear the costs of this delivery, or HSEG may provide a coupon to make a new purchase at www.amorperfecto.coffee (Valid for six months from the date of creation). The coupon to make a new purchase at www.amorperfecto.coffee will be sent approximately three (3) business days after receiving the product in: its warehouse, or HSEG will evaluate the refund of the money. (Only for returns associated with product quality). Depending on the payment method used for the purchase, it will be made using the same method.
b. Refund Process: HSEG will initiate the refund process within a specified timeframe and may provide a coupon for future purchases. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 business days, subject to the issuing bank’s internal process.
In the event that the product does not meet the conditions for accepting the return, we will inform you by email of the reason why the exchange and/or warranty is not applicable, and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address. It is at HSEG’s discretion to request photographic, video, or any other evidence if decided at any stage of the process, whether in reception, product condition, or evidence of final disposal. Similarly, HESG could instruct the User to discard or destroy the product to be returned, in which case it will proceed in accordance with the legislation and regulations of the city, county, and state in which the procedure is carried out. HESG will not indemnify the User for any type of labor, fine, storage, handling, tax, charge, or cost associated with the destruction or disposal of the product, and the User accepts this.
21. FORCE MAJEURE:
HSEG will make its best effort to comply with its obligations arising from the Purchases made by Users through www.amorperfecto.coffee. However, it will not be responsible for delays, breaches, or other anomalies if the delay, breach, or anomaly is due to force majeure or fortuitous events, including but not limited to adverse weather events, traffic accidents, acts of God, earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, tornadoes, airport closings, strikes, coups, civil war, strikes, customs inspections, health inspections, or any other entity, among others. In no case and under no circumstances does HESG assume any responsibility for consequential damages, loss of profit, emergent damage, production stoppage, and any other type of civil, tax, or economic liability derived from the delay or non-compliance of delivery to the User or third parties. The maximum liability attributable to HESG, its shareholders and/or their relatives, employees, directors, suppliers, contractors, and any related parties, whether directly or indirectly, is limited to the cost of the purchased product plus the shipping value.
22. DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery will be made to the address indicated at the time of purchase to any adult at the domicile, for which the signature of the carrier’s guide will suffice. This applies to residential units with concierge service, reception, and the signature of the doorman.
The estimated delivery time for the continental territory of the United States of America is five (5) to seven (7) business days, which may extend to fifteen (15) business days. Payment confirmation will be sent to your email. For credit and debit card payments, our payment processor must approve the transaction, which may take up to one business day.
The delivery time starts from the next business day after you receive the confirmation of your purchase. For purchases on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day after confirmation of your purchase. If there is no one at the domicile at the time of delivery, the carrier will make up to three (3) additional delivery attempts. If the shipping carrier cannot deliver, the product will be returned, and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment.
23. PAYMENT REVERSAL
To request the reversal of the money paid in purchases through www.amorperfecto.coffee, we inform you that according to current regulations, your request must meet the following requirements:
You must indicate one of the reasons for requesting it in your payment reversal request. We remind you that these reasons are indicated by law, and your claim must fall within one of these situations:
- When you have been a victim of fraud.
- When it corresponds to an operation that you have not requested.
- When you have yet to receive the purchased product within the indicated time. When the received product is not the one purchased or does not comply with the information provided about it.
- When the received product is defective.
You must clearly indicate the amount you request to be reversed (it must correspond to the product price) and the payment method to which the purchase was charged. The claim must be made through info@highendsipgroup.com only.
The complaint must be filed within five (5) business days following the date on which the consumer became aware of the fraudulent or unsolicited transaction or on which they should have received the product or received it defective or without corresponding to what was requested.
You must indicate that the product will be available for HSEG to pick up at the same place where it was delivered. The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered. HESG reserves the right to request instead the final disposition of the product in accordance with what is established above in section 21.
Note that the holder of the payment method is the only authorized one to submit the request to the financial institution and to HSEG.
If you request the reversal of periodic payments, you must notify your financial institution and HSEG of your decision to revoke the authorization to make payments through those means.
The payment reversal request applies if the payment for your purchase was generated electronically.
24. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
User data will be kept strictly confidential, and www.amorperfecto.coffee utilizes security systems to conduct secure electronic transactions. HSEG reserves the right to change its platforms to enhance security levels.
23. NULLITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared null, ineffective, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in force and will be interpreted considering the intent of this document.
24. NO WAIVER
HSEG’s failure to enforce any condition established in these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that condition.
